Subcommittee members take participation to the next level. Subcommittee members do more than keep abreast of current issues and information. They contribute their time and expertise, actually helping to determine the outcomes of issues and events that affect us all.

Airport Activities Subcommittee
The Airport Activities Sub-Committee provides a vehicle for Committee for Dulles members to engage with, in a small group environment, staff and executives of the Metropolitan Washington Airports Authority, representatives of the airlines serving IAD, and other airport-related organizations. The Airport Activities Sub-Committee works to keep the Committee for Dulles up-to-date on changes at the airport and issues that impact passengers, airline services, cargo, security and the like.

Economic Development/Transportation Subcommittee
The Economic Development/Transportation Subcommittee is concerned with issues "outside the fence". Through monthly information exchange discussions and special guest presentations, the group members keep informed on the economic development and transportation issues facing the greater Dulles Airport region.
