Regional Transportation Planning

The Northern Virginia Transportation Alliance is committed to enhancing the quality of life in our region by improving its transportation infrastructure.  They believe that well-informed and involved citizens are the key to a transportation network that respond to the public’s need.

David Birtwistle,  CEO of the Northern Virginia Transportation Alliance, has generously agreed to share his insights on the regional transportation issues vital to Washington Dulles International Airport and the Dulles corridor, including a new bridge crossing across the Potomac.
