Paid at the door cost for members is $50, nonmembers $60.
Paid in advance cost for members is $45, nonmembers $55.

To register and pay at the door, complete registration information and submit. If you make a reservation and are unable to attend, you must cancel your reservation 24 hours in prior to the event or you will be billed.
