Brandon Ferris is a business development manager for Loudoun County Economic Development and is responsible for customer engagement, business recruitment, and dynamic ecosystem building in the highly specialized manufacturing, logistics, unmanned systems, and aviation sectors.

His prior professional experience includes serving in the United States Air Force as an information management journeyman and as a contracting officer. After leaving the service, Ferris served as a business development and program manager in the small business space, where he was responsible for business partnerships, proposal development, capture management, and executive decision-making.

Brandon grew up in Philadelphia and has been a Loudoun County resident since 2017. He holds a bachelor's degree in management studies, a master's degree in acquisition and supply chain management, and an MBA from the University of Maryland Global Campus. He also serves on CFD's Board of Directors.

Jo Thoburn is the President and CEO of Fairfax Christian School and the founder of Fairfax Scholars. Before being selected to head the school, Jo owned two businesses in Northern Virginia.

She has worked with and served on the board of directors and advisory boards for several nonprofit organizations, both locally and internationally. She has written on education issues, American culture, and free enterprise, and has spoken at educational conferences and to parent and student groups in North America, South America, the Caribbean, Europe, and Asia.

Jo focuses on free-market approaches to education, the benefits of quality education, selecting the right career path, and understanding the U.S. education system. She has been a Committee for Dulles member for more than a decade and previously served as Treasurer.

Stephen Grant is the Director of Business Development and Community Engagement at GAM Graphics and Marketing, a 50-year-old family-run business founded by Stephen's father.

Headquartered in Sterling, Virginia, GAM specializes in digital printing, marketing, advertising, and public relations, all provided under one roof. Stephen is committed to delivering personalized attention and quality results for every client.

He has been an active member of the Committee for Dulles for more than fourteen years and currently chairs the Communications Committee. Stephen also serves with the Programs Committee and the CFD Community Outreach Committee, reflecting his long-standing commitment to both the business and the airport community.

Jeff Bentley is the President and CEO of Northwest Federal Credit Union. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Georgia Southern University and completed post-graduate studies through the Graduate School of Banking at LSU and the CUES CEO School at the University of Pennsylvania, Cornell University, and the University of Virginia.

With more than thirty years of experience, Jeff has managed credit, sales, operations, and P&L for regional banks and credit unions, including creating new lending divisions and consulting for the NCUA.

Prior to joining Northwest, he served as Chief Lending Officer for Achieva Credit Union in Clearwater, Florida. He serves on the boards of the Committee for Dulles and Credit Union Miracle Day and also chairs the Virginia Credit Union League.

Scott K. York joined the Committee for Dulles in 2019 as a member of the Board of Directors. He was appointed Interim Executive Director in March 2020 and then named Executive Director later that year.

Before January 2016, Scott dedicated twenty-four years to public service in Loudoun County. He first served as the Sterling District Planning Commissioner, then as the Sterling District representative on the Loudoun County Board of Supervisors, and later as Chairman of the Board of Supervisors for sixteen years.

During his tenure, Loudoun County became one of America's leading economic development success stories. Scott's leadership helped position Loudoun as a major technology location, an international investment hub, and the home of Washington, D.C.'s wine country. His emphasis on fiscal management helped maintain Loudoun's AAA rating while the county expanded road infrastructure, built more than forty schools, and prepared for Metrorail's arrival.

He worked closely with the Metropolitan Washington Airports Authority to help ensure appropriate development around the airport and has been recognized by regional organizations for his years of public service and support of Dulles.
