The Metropolitan Washington Airports Authority (MWAA) published its "2020 Sustainability Report" and set a course toward continued reduction of its collective environmental impacts and further enhancement of operational resiliency across its world-class transportation system.  Now, over a year since that report, we will look at the progress made, the challenges faced, and the lessons learned as MWAA continues to push forward its efforts toward achieving the broad-based benefits of sustainable infrastructure.  We’ll expand the topic to include sustainable development efforts in the private sector and engage a panel of technical experts, industry influencers, stakeholders, and community leaders as we drill down on some of the opportunities and challenges ahead.
